Who Am I and What Is This?

Hey y'all! My name is Zadi, and I'm a 22-year-old mom of 2 and expecting #3 in September!

I'm a mom trying to normalize the real and raw side of motherhood, that no one talks about. The good the bad and the ugly. From mom guilt, body image issues during/after pregnancy, and mental health struggles. To re-discovering yourself and practicing self-care after having kids, to unconventional parenting styles, and everything in between. I want other moms to realize how important it is to prioritize themselves and make sure they are also taken care of. Not only that, but I also want to do my best to help get rid of the stigma that is put on mothers, saying that we need to take care of our children, partners, homes, and meals, and in some cases also work on top of all that, without complaining or struggling. We're expected to have our emotions under control 24/7 and never get overwhelmed, and that's just not realistic.
